Operations Management Center (OMC)

The Operations Management Centre (OMC) is a centralized command and control cell that coordinates all clients’ tactical ground operations and any security teams. Talon Security Regional Managers providing operational support Based on the site geographical location, the Regional Managers are directly linked to The Operations Management Center.

The physical monitoring element of OMC consists of dedicated Watch keeper’s who provide 24hr support to all deployed tactical teams and static locations. Their tasks encompass real time monitoring and recording of all radio and GSM/SAT phone communications, updating of information boards and maps with real time intelligence and points of interest for immediate reference and planning.

They are the first line of communication for the ground teams

when reporting incidents and as such are also responsible for the immediate relay and passage of information from or to the command elements

of the OMC when a crisis or incident management function is required.
